Who We Are

Zach Wagner

Chief Executive Officer

Rooted in Wyoming, Zach Wagner carries forward a multigenerational legacy of faith, family, and integrity. His family’s experience in oil and gas spans Wyoming, Saudi Arabia, the North Sea, and Brazil. Originally aspiring to become a petroleum engineer, Zach’s career path shifted due to health challenges, leading him into the real estate capital markets—where he excelled. As a Managing Director at StackSource, Zach led a national team of originators and transacted over $1.5 billion in commercial mortgage loans.

Today, Zach returns to his roots in oil and gas with renewed purpose—driven by a passion for restoring rural communities and making a lasting impact. His leadership is grounded in hard work, faith, and an unwavering commitment to integrity. Zach’s vision for success includes meaningful contributions beyond the field, such as commissioning original artwork for the Arlington, Texas Medal of Honor Museum, honoring two Texas heroes who served in the first SEAL Team 6 during the Vietnam War.
